...and here is the side view from across the street. The house was built in 1911 as a 2 family home (we will live on the first floor, and rent out the second floor). It has a little backyard, and the house gets lots of sunlight (something Sandy hasn't seen much of in ten years)! We are homeowners!!! Yay!!!
