Hi there - this photo was taken on Tuesday afternoon, on 5th Avenue
looking
south past the Flatiron Building on 23rd Street. There was NO traffic
as the
street was completely closed off. You can see the gray cloud to the
right of
the Flatiron where the towers used to stand downtown.
